Our Processes

Consultation

Our Sales Support Department will take your details and basic information about your project such as room measurements, approx. budget and installation timeline. This information will be passed to one of our experienced Kitchen Designers who will contact you to arrange a consultation with you in our award winning showroom. The consultation in our showroom can take up to 2 hours as we understand your requirements and design the kitchen of your dreams. You will also have the opportunity to view your kitchen using our state of the art VR software. If you are happy to proceed, upon payment of a €1,000 deposit we will provide you with plans for your kitchen and arrange the next step.

Survey Arrangement

Following receipt of your deposit, A member of our experienced survey team will visit your house to ensure that your design fits into its intended space and if any amendments are required this will be discussed and agreed with you. You will meet with your Kitchen Designer to sign off on any amendments to your initial design and agree on all the details of your kitchen. Only after final sign off by you the customer, the surveyor and the Kitchen Designer can an installation date be agreed and your kitchen is passed to our production and procurement department.

Production, procurement and assembly

Now that your kitchen has been fully signed off and a provisional fitting date agreed our procurement department will order all the products required to manufacturer your kitchen. If an item is out of stock with our suppliers we will contact you to offer an alternative product. Your kitchen will be manufactured in our state of the art factory and assembled by our expert joiner’s. Each unit will be carefully checked by our logistics team before being wrapped and ready for delivery to your home.

Installation

Final payment on your kitchen will be required ten days prior to delivery and our Customer Service department will contact you to confirm your fitting date and ensure that your space is ready for fitting your kitchen, flooring is in place, heating on and all electrical and plumbing works required is completed etc. We will contact you to arrange delivery the day before or the morning of installation. Our Customer Services Department will be in constant contact with our expert fitters and will contact you if any fitting issues should arise to agree a resolution. Upon completion of your installation you will be required to complete a DocuSign document confirming your kitchen has been installed to your satisfaction.

After-sales service

If you experience and issues with your kitchen post installation please email details with pictures to customersupport@dwkitchens.ie. Our customer support department will contact you resolve any issues that may arise. The warranty will any appliances are provided by the manufacturer and you will be required to contact them directly should any issue arise as they will arrange for their own engineers to call to your home.
