Fantastic customer experience with DWK from start to finish. I priced four other kitchen company’s in my area before contacting Direct Wholesale Kitchen. DWK gave me the best choice of design, type of style door for the kitchen & wardrobe in hardwood or PVC, choice of colour, finish and overall best price out there. From getting an appointment to the initial design meeting with Alina, who understood exactly what I wanted for my new build home kitchen, utility, vanity and built in wardrobes, nothing was a problem and no detail was overlooked. I would highly recommend booking Alina, she thinks of every little detail and give her honest opinion. The showroom is very big and you can visually see everything before you pick what you want, which is fantastic. I started very early looking at what I wanted but once I put a deposit down my price was held even though with a self build I had some unforeseen set backs and DWK were very understanding. My Kitchen, utility, master wardrobe, vanity unit and spare bedrooms built in wardrobes were fitted in 3 days and I absolutely love them. The quality and finish is perfection. (My brother who lives in America was blown away my the quality and finish, especially the oak wood finish inside the presses/wardrobes.) I want to thank Alina for the amazing design, PJ for measuring and double checking things for the fitting and Claire in accounts for always checking in on how the build was going. The service from DWK from start to finish was A1. About a month after everything was installed I had an issue with a drawer in my kitchen and Diamen called out on his day off to fix it. I just couldn’t recommend DWK highly enough.
